Azerbaijan, Belize, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Brazil, Czech Republic, Kazakhstan, Krygyzstan, Mozambique, New Zealand, Swaziland, Switzerland, Tanzania, Uzbekistan, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
There's also the disputed Republic of Abkazia, once part of Georgia, which has declared itself independent but is only recoginsed by Russia, the breakaway regions of South Ossetia and Transdnistria, and Nicaragua.
