And the answer is......................................... this is the Foreign Ministry building in downtown Yerevan, Armenia.

President Obama did not use the occasion of Armenian Remembrance Day last week to label Turkey's role in atrocities committed at the end of World War One as genocide, as many in the Armenian diaspora had hoped.
