Here's one you don't read every day. From FlightGlobal.com: Airbus to help Emirates pilots sleep after crews find A380 'too quiet'. It seems that Emirates put the crew rest area at the back of the main deck instead of behind the cockpit, in order not to compromise the upper deck's first class cabin. As a result, "they are constantly disturbed by sounds created by passengers, such as crying babies, flushing vacuum toilets and call bells."
