Last month the Dubai Atlantis hotel spent some $32 million on its one night grand opening. The 113 acre theme hotel, based on the Lost City of Atlantis, offers its top floor Bridge Suite at $26,000 per night. But across town meanwhile, Embaar, the company behind the Burj Dubai, the world's tallest building, has seen its shares drop 80 percent.
